Tab Story is a digital service. We do not ship physical products. Access, credits, and generated outputs are delivered online to your account.
2. Delivery Regions
Our service is available in most countries and regions where online payment processing is supported and local laws allow usage of AI content services. No physical shipping destinations are involved.
3. Delivery Time
- Account access: immediate after successful sign-in.
- Credit top-up: usually instant, up to 15 minutes in rare payment-sync cases.
- Generated content: near real-time, depending on queue load and output complexity.
4. Delivery Fees
There are no shipping or logistics fees. You only pay the listed product price and any applicable taxes or payment provider charges shown at checkout.
5. No Physical Shipment
We do not ship physical parcels, so shipping address, courier selection, customs clearance, and return shipping are not applicable to this service.
6. Delivery Issues
If credits do not appear or delivery seems delayed, contact support@tabstory.net with your order details, and we will investigate promptly.
