Tab Story is a digital service. We do not ship physical products. Access, credits, and generated outputs are delivered online to your account.
2. Delivery Regions
Our service is available in most countries and regions where online payment processing is supported and local laws allow usage of AI content services. No physical shipping destinations are involved.
3. Delivery Time
- Account access: immediate after successful sign-in.
- Credit top-up: usually instant, up to 15 minutes in rare payment-sync cases.
- Generated content: near real-time, depending on queue load and output complexity.
4. Delivery Fees (Shipping Cost Policy)
Shipping and logistics fees: USD $0. There are no shipping, freight, or courier charges for this service. You only pay the listed product price and any applicable taxes or payment provider charges shown at checkout. For details on how you are billed, see also our Payment Information page.
5. Shipping costs and delivery times by country / region
Tab Story delivers digitally worldwide (where permitted). The table below states the delivery / “shipping” fee (always none for digital access) and typical time to access the service after payment. Actual card and tax treatment depends on your location and Stripe availability.

Credit top-up may take up to about 15 minutes in rare payment-sync cases. Generated output timing depends on queue load and task complexity.
6. No Physical Shipment
We do not ship physical parcels, so shipping address, courier selection, customs clearance, and return shipping are not applicable to this service.
7. Delivery Issues
If credits do not appear or delivery seems delayed, contact support@tabstory.net with your order details, and we will investigate promptly.
