Agnes, an insecure mother, is dragged into the circus ring by the mysterious Bubbles the Clown for a life-altering performance. Through a series of surreal and grotesque transformations, she sheds her old self to become the manic, neon-haired Boobsy. Now a permanent part of the show, Boobsy turns her glowing eyes toward her family, eager to bring them into the spotlight.
