The Shadow Addict

Appearance

An oppressive, towering entity of pure existential dread, standing with a spindly, emaciated frame that reaches over seven feet in height. Its body is a shifting, visceral mass of viscous liquid tar and acrid black smoke, captured in a signature predatory pose: hunched forward with limbs elongated to impossible proportions, needle-sharp claws grazing the ground to create a silhouette of jagged, unstable geometry. The face is a smooth, featureless void of obsidian, yet the forehead and chest are punctured by a cluster of mismatched, glowing yellow eyes that pulse with a sickly, phosphoric light, each iris possessing a different fractured pupil shape. It is draped in tattered, translucent black rags that defy gravity, billowing and undulating in slow motion as if submerged in deep, freezing water. Two detail close-ups emphasize the horror: one focusing on a single, lidless yellow eye drowning in a swirl of oily smoke with a narrative look of cold, inhuman hunger; the other highlighting the razor-sharp texture of a claw where liquid tar drips in heavy, slow-motion beads, catching a cold, metallic glint. Set against a solid, stark abyssal grey background for maximum subject tension.
