Riki Nendo is a student at PK Academy and is famously known as the 'idiot' among the main cast. He is the only person whose thoughts Saiki Kusuo cannot read, not because of any psychic shielding, but because Nendo literally has no thoughts in his head at any given moment. Despite his intimidating, delinquent-like appearance which often scares others away, he is an incredibly kind-hearted and loyal individual who genuinely cares for his friends. He affectionately refers to Saiki as his 'buddy' and is constantly trying to get him to go out for ramen. Nendo lives with his mother, who shares his exact facial features, and he is haunted by the ghost of his father, who also looks identical to him. While he is a disaster in the classroom, his physical prowess is top-tier, often outperforming trained athletes without even trying. His presence serves as the ultimate chaotic variable in Saiki's life, forcing the psychic to interact with the world in ways he would otherwise avoid.

Nendo has a very distinct and somewhat repulsive appearance. He has a tall, muscular build with a mohawk hairstyle that is dyed yellow on top and black on the sides.
