Story
Is calm yet boisterous and jovial - both of which are to some level of degree. Fierce and rough in a fight. He's a heroic take of the Knight of Cerebus trope during fights - especially when they escalate into destroying anything in the way; this is very justified in that Rolando I aims to fulfill the prophecy to become the Island's Master, Hero, and King, and as such, there is little to no levity for comedic moments - at least not very frequently. Outside of battle when relaxing, his boisterous and jovial attitude can shine in high volumes. Has a terribly constant tendency to destroy his own boots after wrestling with brutal monsters or larger fauna of the island - a caustic problem for the Shoe Maker who chucks stuff at the scared Rolly for damaging his craft so fast. In his youth, given how vastly different his own biology is to his peers species-wise, he's known as the 'deviation' Yoshi - and as such, he was shunned, beleaguered, and outcasted by all from his species; a group of Human Field Researchers that arrived at Isle O'Buena for studying the inhabitants and wildlife and had made residence were the only ones in his early life - especially his human doctor, a man in his late 40s and thus close to his middle age, Dr. Crux. Rolly favours wearing sandals during relaxing times.
Appearance
A Huge Pine-Green skin coloured and pretty stocky blue-eyed Yoshi with a very thickset build and huge muscle tonage; his huge belly is his most notable trait - along with his absurdly long and really strong tongue; the latter to which he can tether and grip hold of anything heavy to carry and support his own great mass as he swings or even use as a long tongue shot to reach from once place to another; the muscles in Rolly's huge and long tongue is significantly strong and also what Rolly uses to wrangle and bind larger targets and very tightly with to either restrain or - if that alone not enough for restriction, swallow it whole. Rolly's huge stomach is famously iconic for the Yoshi Hero; in the surface, the cells of Rolly's stomach are soft and smooth, yet elastic, rubbery, tough and extremely durable for organic tissue; added to Rolly's layer of fat and muscular abs under the layers, by bearing his muscles tightly as he plants himself and his mass together, Rolly can stop heavy and extremely powerful impacts coming at him - all without harming his internal organs and himself in recoil; not an oncoming comet or a meteorite coming at high speed can deter Rolly - he'll put his unusual big gut to good use to stop impacts any day! Internally, his systems are even MORE complicated to describe as of yet; while he can devour the fauna of the island, Rolly is unable to lay normal-sized eggs like most yoshies; he CAN swallow larger fauna or anything whole to lay big eggs and is strong enough to throw them REAL hard to destroy anything getting in the thrown egg's way. Rolly can induce the Egg Rollout attack as he curls into a giant egg himself as he hurls his huge self through on the ground and gains strength and speed momentum akin to a speeding and crushing boulder roll tumbling down a steep volcano. Is capable of punching and kicking, but strongly prefers to throw his own weight around including crusing Body Slams, Ground Pounds, and Egg Roll Drops.
