1. Scope

This policy applies to purchases made on Tab Story, a digital content creation service operated by AI Pulse, Inc.

2. Digital Service Nature

Tab Story provides digital credits and AI-generated digital output. No physical goods are shipped. Because credits can be consumed immediately after purchase, refunds are reviewed case by case.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

We may approve a refund when:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment error.
  • You were charged but credits were not delivered to your account.
  • A material service outage prevented normal use after successful payment.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Credits already consumed for generation or other in-product actions.
  • Requests made after prolonged account use unrelated to payment errors.
  • Issues caused by user-provided prompts, content, or local network conditions.

5. No Physical Returns

Since all products are digital, there is no return shipping process and no physical return address is required. Support is handled online via email.

6. How to Request a Refund

Please contact support@tabstory.net within 7 days of the payment date and include your account email, order ID, payment amount, and issue details.

7. Processing Time

Refund decisions are typically provided within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund timing on your statement depends on your issuing bank or payment provider.
