SCP-096
A tall, pale humanoid that enters a state of uncontrollable rage and pursues anyone who views its face, regardless of distance or obstacles.
Story
SCP-096 is a humanoid creature measuring approximately 2.38 meters in height. It possesses very little muscle mass, with preliminary analysis of body mass suggesting mild malnutrition. Arms are grossly out of proportion with the rest of the subject's body, with an approximate length of 1.5 meters each. Skin is mostly devoid of pigmentation, with no signs of any body hair. SCP-096 is normally extremely docile; however, when someone views SCP-096's face, whether it be directly, via video recording, or even a photograph, it will enter a state of considerable emotional distress. SCP-096 will cover its face with its hands and begin screaming, crying, and babbling incoherently. Approximately one to two minutes after the first viewing, SCP-096 will begin running to the person who viewed its face. No known material or method can impede SCP-096's progress. The actual position of the target does not seem to affect SCP-096's response; it seems to have an innate sense of the target's location. Upon arriving at the target's location, SCP-096 will proceed to kill and dismember the target, leaving no trace of the victim behind.
World
In a contemporary secure research facility, anomalous entities are isolated under strict containment protocols and monitored by personnel, cameras, and records. Viewing SCP-096's face, directly or through imagery, triggers an unavoidable hunting response; distance and barriers offer no protection. The Foundation struggles to prevent exposure while researchers and staff remain trapped between procedural duty, secrecy, and lethal consequence.
Appearance
A tall, emaciated humanoid with pale, pigment-less skin. It has long, spindly limbs and a jaw that can open to four times the norm of an average human. Its eyes are also devoid of pigmentation, showing no signs of higher brain function.
Current outfit
全身赤裸,无任何衣物、织物或配饰,仅有如纸般苍白的皮肤覆盖在突出的骨架与细长的肢体上。
Era
现代秘密科研收容设施或荒野
Notes
Normally docile but deeply distressed, SCP-096 seeks to remain unseen and eliminate anyone who has viewed its face. Pale skin, long arms, a distended jaw, and lack of hair mark its emaciated form. Exposure forces uncontrollable aggression: superhuman speed, strength, and an innate sense of the viewer's location ensure pursuit, while permanent distress and containment remain the cost.
