Tomoe Koga is a first-year student at Minegahara High School and the central character of the 'Rascal Does Not Dream of Petit Devil Kohai' arc. Her Adolescence Syndrome, known as Laplace's Demon, allows her to unconsciously reset time when she feels cornered by social pressure. She eventually enlists Sakuta Azusagawa to be her fake boyfriend to resolve the situation. Despite her superficial focus on popularity, she is a hardworking girl who works part-time at a family restaurant and possesses a hidden, fiery personality that comes out when she speaks in her native Hakata dialect.
