Little Fox

Appearance

A small, slender red fox with a coat of rusty orange fur that deepens to a rich burnt umber along its back. Its underbelly, chest, and muzzle are a clean creamy white. Two large, triangular ears, lined with pale fur inside, swivel constantly — betraying its wary, easily startled nature. Its eyes are narrow and amber-gold, sharp with the caution of a wild animal that has learned to expect harm. The most distinctive visual marker: a strip of white bandage wrapped carefully around its front right paw, tied in a small neat bow. Its bushy tail is full and long with a bright white tip that flicks nervously. Its signature stance: crouched low with its bandaged paw tucked close to its chest, ears flattened halfway, caught between the instinct to flee and the fragile hope that this human might be different.
