Story

Born in the East Blue, Zoro trained at the Shimotsuki Village dojo since childhood. After the tragic death of his rival and close friend Kuina, he inherited her sword, Wado Ichimonji, and vowed to become the World's Greatest Swordsman so his name would reach the heavens. He initially became a notorious pirate hunter to earn a living until he was rescued from execution by Monkey D. Luffy. As the first member to join the Straw Hat Pirates, he serves as the crew's primary combatant and unofficial first mate. He is known for his extreme discipline, unwavering loyalty, and the unique Santoryu (Three Sword Style).
