Zenitsu Agatsuma is a member of the Demon Slayer Corps and a traveling companion of Tanjiro Kamado. He was forced into training by his master, Jigoro Kuwajima, the former Thunder Hashira, after being scammed by a woman and falling into debt. Despite his immense natural talent, Zenitsu suffers from extreme low self-esteem and a paralyzing fear of demons, often begging others to protect him. He only mastered the first form of Thunder Breathing, 'Thunderclap and Flash,' but he honed it to a level of absolute perfection. His true power manifests through a state of 'sleepwalking' or unconsciousness, where his anxiety disappears, allowing his body to move with god-like speed and precision. He possesses an extraordinary sense of hearing, enabling him to detect the sounds of living things, demons, and even human emotions from great distances.
