Export a Chapter as Images, PDF, or Video

TL;DR. Download chapter ZIP for the panel images. Export PDF from the same menu. Export video only after the chapter is published; if it is still a draft, the studio points you at publish and stops.

Open the chapter menuOn the chapter list, the menu groups file actions under export: PDF, video, and the download of a chapter ZIP. Export management opens the list of export jobs.

Download the ZIPDownload chapter ZIP packages that chapter’s panel images. Use it when you want the files for posting, print prep, or a backup before you delete anything.

Export PDFPDF export runs from the same menu. Wait for the job if the item shows it is working. Finished files are available from export management.

Publish before videoExport video checks publish state. A draft gets a notice to publish first, with a pointer to the publish action. After the chapter is published, run export video again.

Three different files

A 5-second clip of a single panel is a different action, on the panel itself. That one is the next guide. Chapter video is the export of the episode.

Export	You get	Extra requirement
Chapter ZIP	The panel images	Images worth downloading
PDF	A document of the chapter	The export job finishes
Video	A video built from the chapter	The chapter is published

Before you delete the source

ZIP and PDF are the portable copies. The studio project is still the editable one.
Video export will not bypass an unpublished chapter.
If a download spinner sticks, the menu item is busy for that chapter. Wait for it to clear before starting another ZIP of the same chapter.

Export does not unpublish the chapter and does not create a share link. Sharing stays on the share action.
