Generate the Panel Images

TL;DR. Generate one panel, or generate all. Each panel needs an image prompt and reference images for the characters in it. If credits run out mid-batch, the studio queues what it can, in order, and leaves the rest for after you top up.

Check the gatesA panel with no prompt and no picture description cannot draw. Write the description, generate a prompt, or use Sketch. A panel whose characters have no reference image points you back to the character tab.

Generate one panelUse the panel’s generate action when you are testing a page. If a prompt is missing but the description exists, confirm and the studio writes the prompt, then queues the image.

Or batch the chapterGenerate all queues panels that have prompts and are not already running. The style’s painting model is the one that draws. A fallback model can retry when the selected model fails, if that switch is on.

Wait, or cancelA panel that is already queued will not start a second job. Cancel stops that panel’s job. Partial batches tell you how many were queued and how many are waiting on credits.

Replace the missRegenerate that panel, refine it, upload a replacement, or open history and restore an older take. The other panels stay.

What the queue is actually doing

The prompt is the shot. The character reference is the person. The style plan is the line and the frame. Batch generate sends that combination to the painting model. It does not invent a new cast.

Turn off automatic image generation on the style screen if you want prompts to finish without spending a drawing. You then press generate yourself.

Why a panel refuses to draw

No image prompt, and no picture description to build one from.
A named character on that panel still has no reference image.
That panel already has a job running.
The image queue is down. The studio says so; retry after the worker is back.
Credits covered only a prefix of the batch. The rest stay in order until you add credits.
