Start from the paragraph, not a vibe prompt
If you already have the confession in the stairwell, you do not need a prompt cookbook. You need the words to become panels a stranger can read.

A scene, not a manuscript dump
- 1,000–2,000 characters works best — one location, one turn, dialogue that can fit balloons.
- Name the people the same way every time so the locked cast can attach.
- Write costume or time-of-day changes in the text. If the script never says she cut her hair, the model will invent bangs.
- Hate the board? Rewrite the beat before you spend a full generate.
