This is not Tab Story Make. You are not locking a scanned roster or writing a book. You pick a grid, add the people who should appear, describe the beats, and generate once. The download is a finished page you can keep, print, or take into a larger comic later.

It builds one multi-panel comic page from a grid (or a hand-drawn layout), character photos you add here, and a short description for each panel.
Do I need a comic project?
No. This is a standalone AI tool. Sign in, generate a page, and download it. Nothing is saved into a studio comic unless you do that yourself later. For a full chapter with a locked cast, use Create instead.
How do characters work?
Add them on this page: upload a photo and type a name. You need at least one complete character before you can edit panels. On each panel, select who appears so their portraits go out as identity references.
Can I draw my own panel borders?
Yes. Switch from Grid to Draw and sketch the layout. Templates are the faster default: numbered panels appear automatically.
Is it free?
Each signed-in Tab Story account gets 2 free generations per day. Extra runs cost 20 credits.
